A Message from the Reverand Fr Richard Jacob
It gives me great pleasure to extend greetings to you, the Rector and People of the
Parish of All Saints, as you celebrate this milestone anniversary of one hundred and sixty
years of the dedication of All Saints.
I deeply appreciate the significant role that All Saints has played in many of the pivotal
events in my Christian formation and walk in ministry, beginning with my baptism and
culminating with my ordination to the diaconate in that most special church.
It is the nurture and encouragement that I received at All Saints as a young person
growing up in the parish that made it possible for me to rise to the challenge of the
vocation to which I was called. For this nurture and the love that so many continue to
show I am eternally grateful.
As you celebrate this special occasion, may God in Christ continue to bless the ministry
and mission that you render in this part of His vineyard. May the family that is All Saints
continue to grow from strength to strength.
Congratulations! May the Holy Spirit give the vision and drive to carry forward your work in
our midst for the next one hundred and sixty years and beyond.
Yours in Christ
Richard Jacob
